Marc Sherman
Vice President Marketing, Schneider-Electric

As Vice President, Marketing and Sales Enablement, Marc Sherman is responsible for marketing strategy and execution for North America through Field Marketing, Business Development, Channel Programs, Communications and working with APC's parent company, Schneider Electric. Marc's team will focus on building and deploying integrated strategies that incorporate Sales, Marketing, Programs, and other aspects of APC's business to help the North America region achieve its business objectives. Prior to assuming his current role, Marc served as Vice President, Global Channel Programs of APC. Marc has been with APC for 14 years where he has served in many different capacities. Prior to his role as VP of Global Channel Programs he was responsible for leading the strategy and sales execution across APC's IT and construction channels in North America as well as leading channel development efforts globally. Beginning in May 2007, Marc began focusing his attention on first evaluating, and then redesigning APC's global channel programs to align key industry trends with business opportunities for our channel partners. The improved program provides partners with an opportunity to differentiate themselves by providing a more reliable and highly available infrastructure for the technology their customers are deploying. Marc currently lives in Richmond RI with his wife Erin and their son Maxwell. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the University or Rhode Island.
