Jackie Landsman McCormack
Director, Integrated Campaigns and Strategy, Cisco Global Marketing and Corporate Communications

Jackie Landsman is Director of Integrated Campaigns and Strategy (ICS) for Cisco, responsible for leading strategic operations, metrics and events marketing communications for the organization. She also runs the Communications and Collaboration Board of Directors, a cross-functional team responsible for guiding the deployment and use of collaboration technologies throughout Cisco.

In 2011, the ICS team was established to drive a unified approach to campaign marketing, covering the full span of marketing communications activities to influence and guide a customer's purchase journey. As the operations lead for this new organization, Jackie manages a cross-functional team charged with developing a standardized measurement approach, including business KPIs and actionable intelligence in cross-channel global marketing programs. Campaign 'report cards' are now the standard shared with Cisco's marketing executive team.

Previously at Cisco, Jackie led an executive communications team and created a technology architecture forum for Cisco's strategic initiatives and markets team.

Prior to joining Cisco, Jackie was the Western States Area Manager for Parsons Brinkerhoff Quade & Douglas, an international transportation engineering consulting firm, where she generated more than $10 million in business for the San Francisco office and established the office as a leader in Bay Area intelligent transportation systems. Before Parsons Brinkerhoff, Jackie managed the district office of State Senator Quentin Kopp, where her Chief of Staff responsibilities included leading community and government affairs for the district as well as legislative policy support.

Jackie is a member of Cisco's Marketing Operations Council and is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine where she received both her MS and BS in engineering.

Jackie is married with two children. Her family resides in San Carlos, CA.
